The pool restaurant Ksar Shama Ouirgane offers a rich gourmet cuisine reflects the country’s image , a colorful , aromatic cuisine , subtle landscapes of the High Atlas and as generous as the inhabitants of the valley Ouirgane . Our chef offers dishes made with products from local market or garden area , these seasonal flavors are served at the poolside on the large terrace or in the restaurant with the internal chimney.
